About
Gameplay of classic "Sokoban". In this little music themed game, player must place the instruments on musical notes to complete the level's music.
This project was developed together with my classmates. In the first weeks of class, and based on the code shown by our teacher Marco Antonio Gómez, I began to design some Sokoban levels on my own. Immediately afterwards, I proposed to my classmates to develop a Sokoban on our own to gain some experience in videogame design. The idea was well received and we started developing this small project that, for many of us, was the first game we had developed.

My contribution
-
Level Design: Each of the people involved in the project (except for our teacher) are students of the Master's Degree in Game Design, so each one was in charge of designing their own levels, each one presenting different challenges of different difficulty for the player.
-
Setting up a difficulty curve: Given that the project could help those involved to show what each person had done, it was decided that the levels would be organized according to the person who had designed them, and therefore they were not ordered by difficulty. However, since the number of levels I had created was large enough (9 levels, which is half of the total levels in the game), I asked friends and family to play my levels, in order to create a difficulty curve depending on which levels had been more complicated and which ones were not.
-
"Project management": Since it was my idea to develop this game, I was in charge of coordinating the entire team, as well as ensuring that all the necessary tasks to finish the game were completed and that it had an acceptable level of polish.
-
Programming: Together with several members of the team, I was in charge of developing certain mechanics by programming with Blueprints.
